All those things we take for granted today , he did 'em first. But , you knew that. Damned if he did'nt destroy on his greatly appreciated , but totally unexpected later US tours . I saw him about 10 times. He gave a bad show once , and that was about 6 months before he died. I saw him , once more , shortly after that gig , and he was still great.
