I think I told some fellow GaragePunkers some weeks ago about this new band from Barcelona, started by some friends of mine. They cover 60's US Garage classics and other wild Transworld Beat in catalan language, which is pretty unusual as most of the "rock" music made in this language sucks pretty badly. They come from well respected neo 60's Garage-psych bands from the early 90's as the Flashback 5 and los Selenitas. Their 4-song EP is coming out in a matter of days in a limited run of 500 copies only on the Butterfly label. No one had recorded any decent stuff in this language for decades! The missing link between Sean Bonniwell and the long forgotten catalan Beat bands from the 60's as Els Xocs, Els Corbs, Els Dracs and Eurogrup.
