PLEASE READ.   News was just released , late his morning , that Fred Cole is back in the hospital.  He has bleeding of the liver. His wife of 50 years , and bandmate of about 40 years , Toody Cole , made a brief statement that he's stable and expected to make a full recovery. Of COURSE he's going to make a full recovery , he's FRED COLE . THE BADDEST MOTHERFUCKER YOU COULD EVER WISH TO CALL "FRIEND".  And , I do. Fred's already been called  up to the plate , in recent years , and sent his debilitating ailments straight to Hell.  


IT IS'NT A MATTER OF HIM BEING STRONG ENOUGH , NOW.  IT'S A MATTER OF US BEING STRONG ENOUGH FOR HIM.                                    John Battles.
