Time to put my pickle on the shelf!

  • So I've decided this year I'm going to let of a few of my ideas run wild.

    Who out there has ever had half sour pickle? Can you remember that pucker it gave you, that salty sharp, lip smacking, gotta have another mouth watering feeling? Well hold onto your hats because I've found the mother of all recipes and think its high time to share it with the masses.  After two years of trial and error with failed batches ranging from fire breathing hot to something similar to a mouth full of ocean water... I found the gem!

    I'll keep you informed on the start date and some locations for purchase if your in the Vancouver BC area...who knows maybe a website and some international shipping will be required??

    These pickles will quickly become your burgers best friend or your snack of choice when your poking your nose around the fridge after the bar.  My friends swear by them and the jars  empty out as quick as the seal is cracked.  I even heard one fella kept the brine and tried to make his own pickles with it!... chuckle...I guess he really liked them.

    Beware though! they come with a creeper heat that I dare you to try.
