This week’s show was dedicated to the memory of David Michael Schulz. Dave was a good friend of mine who passed away from an enlarged heart at his home in Kansas City on Thursday, September 2, 2004. He leaves behind a wife, two young children and many grieving friends and relatives. He was just 36 years old.
