Show Your Support (PLEASE!)

June 15th, 1997 | Category: News

The Wayback Machine radio show is up for a vote for possibly getting either an earlier weeknight time slot, or possibly a weekend show (!!). I was hoping I could get some of the more eloquent of you garage and surf fans to send a quick email of support for what we’re doing with the show to KDHX’s program director, Terry Moses, and recommend that we be given a time slot that’s more deserving of what we’re doing in promoting the music that we all love.  Some of you have heard the show live over the ‘net while others have just seen our playlists posted here, but still get a good general idea of what we’re all about.  If you like what we’re doing, please let the folks that really matter know about it!! The next Program Committee meeting is this Tuesday, June 17th, so this will have to be done quickly.  Jaimz and I are planning on being at the meeting and putting in our two cents as to why we feel we deserve to air this stuff at a time that’s more listener-freindly to fans of primitive garage rock’n'roll, but we could use all the help we can get.

Please send that email to Terry Moses <[email protected]>

Also, if you’d like more information on KDHX in general, visit the website at www.kdhxfm88.org.

Thanks,
kopper
