Too bad we don’t vote based on life story - McCain would have won in a landslide. Remember what happened the last time people decided they wanted “change” - change you could never seem to be able to get anyone to articulate coherently. Two years later people were begging for Republicans from dog catcher on up to save them from the change they thought they wanted 730 days earlier. I’m not waiting - I want change in 2010!

I know of a lot of bums on the sidewalk that were POWs and have lived some amazing lives but they sure as shit have no clue how to run the country. “Too bad we don’t vote based on life story.” Those are your words. You want some romanticized war story to lead you into victory with a flaming sword.

I’m assuming you’re one of those party loyalists. How did you feel about Ron Paul? He’s a republican. He actually knows how to change the country in the right direction more than any other candidate knows how.

I meant that in 1994 Republicans took control of Congress because of the excessive liberalism of one party rule. I didn’t pay any attention to Ron Paul because I knew he wasn’t going anywhere. By “republican dog catchers”, I meant that Republicans were successful in down ballot races as well. Obama will have to work with moderates and conservatives if he wants to avoid an electoral debacle in 2010 - the year of Congressional mid terms. Clinton did, in fact, serve two terms - the last six of which were governed on Republican terms.

OK my American friends. I’m from f….. Serbia and politic is my life 20 years ago. I don’t like it but you have heard about Slobodan Milosevic, wars in Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo, NATO bombing in 1999. I don’t care about politic but politic care about me! That’s life. When I see you’re happy about Obama, I’m happy too. That guy can’t be worse than Bush. And now, let the music plays.
