Watcha from sandy London town. Where did that cut of Poison Ivy in DP 1 come from ?
Please see if you can squeeze in some Emptifish (see MySpace) – a seminal south coast UK surf garage band that disappeared in a cloud of unfortunate crowd violence in the mid 80s.
    Cheers

    Larry,

The Poison Ivy “Peter Gunn” cut from DP#1 was off of a 1995-96 compliation from Del-Fi Records called “Shots In The Dark”; it’s a tribute album to Henry Mancini. I’ll be playing another track of it on DP#4.

I’ll try and get my hands on some Emptifish, also for DP#4 (the playlist for DP#3 has already been made).

    Cheers,

    Doc

    Hey guys!
It’s so awesome to hear The Supersonicos on a global podcast.
    Makes me so proud :,)
They’ve just released a CD called NEPTUNIA
    I got it yesterday.
There’s this one song called MAQUINA played along with Gabriel Thomaz and Zelma Vieira from AUTORAMAS (brazil) that I think is the coolest one in the CD.
You should definetly check it out.

    Surf on!
